DESSERT TABLES
Is it just too hard to pick one dessert for your wedding or event? Then a Dessert Table is perfect for you! We have a variety of baked goods and confections that can be combined to create the perfect array for your special occasion. When trying to determine how much to order, keep in mind that each guest will likely try 3 or 4 items from a dessert bar, and that goes down to 1 or 2 when cake is also being served.
Whether in addition to or in lieu of a cake, dessert tables are a fun and creative way to provide a sweet treat for your guests.
Cupcakes and Cake Pops
Cupcakes and cake pops can be ordered by the dozen with a minimum of two dozen per flavor. See our Flavors page for cake and buttercream options. Cake pops can be made in French Vanilla, Devil's food, Red Velvet, or Lemon flavors only (gluten-free yellow and devil's food flavors may be used as well).

Marshmallow Bar

Our Marshmallow Bar is an assortment of marshmallows displayed in glass jars and containers from which guests can pick and choose to make their own goodie bag.

A minimum of 3 marshmallow flavors ​is required and flavors must be ordered in full batches. Tongs, goodie bags, and twist ties are included. Personalized labels can be added to the bags for an additional fee.

Pricing for the Marshmallow Bar is $4.00 per person with an order minimum of $200.

Pre-made favor bags including 4 marshmallows (all the same flavor) in a clear bag with twist tie and a customized label start at $3.00 each with a minimum of 20 per order. For larger orders or multiple marshmallow flavors per bag, please contact us for pricing.

Delivery, Set-Up, Rental, and Retrieval
The delivery and set-up fee for Dessert Tables starts at $100 and that includes delivery within 10 miles and set up of all desserts for orders of 75-125 guests (typically 150-400 individual desserts). All tables and linens must be provided by the party or venue. For groups larger than 125, delivery beyond 10 miles, or for dessert orders larger than 400 items, an additional fee may apply.
Rental displays (stands, pedestals, platters, etc.) for dessert table orders typically range from $125-$500, depending on the size of the order and style of the table. Individual stands and pedestals may be rented for single cakes or small dessert orders.

If you would like to return the display items to us yourself, boxes and wrapping can be left with you and all items must be returned within 3 days of your event and in the same condition in which they were delivered. If you would like us to retrieve the items from you within 3 days of your event, an additional retrieval fee will apply.
